GUNNER PLATE CARRIER ASSEMBLY GUIDE

Step #1

Insert the pull cord into the shoulder strap sleeve on the opposite side of the hand you want to pull with.

Step #2

Thread the pull cord all the way through the end of the shoulder strap.

Step #3

Insert shoulder strap into the back panel.

Step #4

Insert the opposite shoulder strap into the back panel.

Step #5 

Open back panel and pull shoulder strap through.

Step #6

Insert cummerbund pieces into loops with molle facing up. 

Step #7

Adjust hook and loop tab (If necessary)

Step #8

Place cummerbund through connector, and pull loop through. 

Step #9

Place shoulder strap without pull cord on top and pull connector loop through.

Step #10

Place shoulder strap with pull cord on top and pull hook and loop tab through.

Step #11

Insert pull cord through  connector loop tab to secure cummerbund.

Step #12

Close  and secure flap on the back panel.

Step #13 

Turn over gunner so front panel faces up.

Step #14

Pull open front hook and loop panel.

Step #15

Fold over cummerbund pieces and secure onto front hook and loop panel, adjust tightness as necessary. 

Step #16

Close and secure front hook and loop panel.

Step #17

Attach shoulder pads with non-slip face down hook and loop guides face outwards. 

Step #18

Fold and secure shoulder strap. Repeat with the opposite shoulder.
