I have had two soft shell condors over the last few years. Both are still going strong. I'm LE and my team just changed uniform color to ranger green. I saw this new jacket and loved the look. I read previous reviews and they said size up.. so I ended up buying two. I'm 5'9 190 and the large fits perfect even hides your carry. XL felt like I was swimming and looked stupid. Friend that is 6'1" and slim bought the xl, fits him perfect. Only problem I had is first time bending over, there is some funky stitching on the back below the arm pits, both sides ripped. But it isn't a big issue. Coat is good 3 season coat. You need a sweatshirt or fleece under it in the real cold weather. It's been single digits this week. Coat plus fleece has been very comfortable. This is my go to jacket now!
Only complaint is the stitching on the back needs reinforcement.
Wore it out in the cold rain today to really break it in and it did its job! I stayed dry and comfortable.

Any outer layer gear I always size up. I’m 6’, 220lbs and ordered a 3XL. This size gave me plenty of room for movement under a set of OCPs with heavy thermal undergarments. The jacket itself is well made, plenty of useful pockets and actually kept me dry in a persistent all day light rain . Definitely recommend. Would even go far as to ask Condor to make a matching Aegis rain pant. (hint hint)
I found that this coat is a bit small as to actual size Beware!
Extremely comfortable very warm plenty of pockets and very very waterproof it's just a jacket I've been looking for especially living here in the Pacific Northwest
