As with other belts the sizes are off. I have a 36 in waist and this was too long as a medium. Using it as a load bearing belt with gun, cuffs, mags, and other gear I found it difficult to adjust and the length of the extra strap had to go through my loops on my gear twice and that was not easy. It is solid belt, It went to an Officer bigger than I. The small was the right size but the velcro needs to be adjusted further up the belt tip and longer in the patch for me to use it properly. I did not have to stow a long length of extra belt but the small velcro patch did not meet up. Make that a change too all the belts and they will be perfect.
