Honestly such a great long sleeve. Very comfy, looks clean and well made. The pen slots are nice and I wish they I could choose from the left handed version of the shirt if they existed. However, that's just a left handed persons hope and dreams in a right handed world. Overall, great shirt and nice having my pens nearby 😉
The shirt is lightweight, stylish, the pen pockets in the sleeve is a lifesaver, the color is true and doesnt fade after a dozen washes, definitely worth the money. But be warned it comes in athletic fit and is slightly shorter than normal. I recommend sizing up one or two sizes if you are anything but a shorter than normal professional athlete. I am 6'10" 350lbs in a 4XL in the Graphite

These long sleeve polos are light weight and comfortable, I ended up buying one in ever color. They have held up to laying on the floor to do work and train. The sleeve cuffs have held their form even with pushing the sleeves up my forearm. Grat buy.
The shirt is well made and durable. It runs small so I would size up unless you prefer a sung fit through the torso.

Material is lightweight and breaths well. Very comfortable on a 12 hour shift worn under an outer vest carrier. Has different shoulder mic attachment points of using your mic with your outer carrier off. Very good option if your agency has a tattoo policy to cover your forearms or for winter application.
Upon receiving the polo, I looked over the shirt for any potential flaws. I found a few long strings that were missed in the QC process; however, I did not find any other flaws. I have the XL size, and I fluctuate in size from L to XL. The XL was spacious enough to fit me and still allow concealable body armor. I am 6'1" and 210 lbs. The shirt kept me cool, and it is very comfortable. The upper arms near the shoulders had more fabric than I needed and that would be my only real criticism. I did not use the microphone slots on the shirt since I use a covert N-Ear earpiece and mic. This has become part of my work rotation, and I will be embroidering our logo very soon. Overall, I do recommend this shirt for any law enforcement or security professional.
I have several other long sleeve polo shirts in XL from other brands, I like the material on the polo but the size is a little too snug for my liking. I would have to purchase a XXL next time. Other than that I like the polo.

Ordered over $100 in shirts to find that they didn’t fit as expected when we attempt to return them we have to pay for the shipping not condor. I’ve never experienced that with a company before. Course they don’t make the shirts in the size that I need.
