A necessity in the PNW

I have the 50L 3 day assault pack, and despite the disparity in listed sizes, this rain cover fits the pack perfectly. Stowed it doesn't take much space. And deployed it keeps everything dry for those sudden downpours in the mountains.
The flame retardant and the IR low visibility are nice touches. It's held up well with leaning against rocks and trees. Keep it at the top of your pack so it's quickly accessible when the sky busts open.

More Than Just A Rain Cover

I received this raincover as a gift just before going on a trip out west. I wasn't expecting rain but took it anyway. It is lightweight and compactable to it didn't take up any real space in my pack. We ended up getting rain so I ended up breaking out the raincover and putting it on. It worked perfectly in keeping all of my gear dry until I could get my tent up.

I was also able to use the raincover as a way to collect water while it rained at night. In the morning I had a fairly clean water source that I ran through my purifier, and then used that water to fill my hydration packs, make coffee, and for personal hygiene.

This Raincover is more than just for keeping things dry, its rugged enough and constructed to handle any task you throw at it,
