Decent sized first aid pouch to store basic first aid items. The elastic bands inside the pouch help store and secure items, the rip away feature is perfect for treating someone with out the awkwardness of using it while still attached to your vest. With the molle straps you can use it as well in backpacks that are molle compatible.
I purchased this pouch to serve as the basic first aid kit to strap onto my camp bag. Pouch size is just right to stash everything I'll need to cover basic, common issues while camping. Material feels firm and durable, stitching appears solid and color matches the same ranger green I have on bags and pouches from other companies so it fits right in. Photo below is the pouch strapped onto my Rush 72.
I have 2 of these attached to molle panels in my truck they are excellent for keeping what I hope I never need on hand. Id rather have it and need it than not have it and need it
This is a great IFAK for a battle belt or chest rig. The only downside I had is that a full-size chest seal did not fit easily in it and I had to go to a micro seal for the kit; otherwise, it's perfect and I have no other issues. I do wish that Condor sold just the MOLLE backing portion as a separate replacement item; it would be nice to have the ability to move the IFAK itself from one piece of gear to another without having to buy an entire complete kit.

I bought this pouch for a trip to Africa with a group. I secured the pouch to my Condor Outdoor Rover 26L backpack via the MOLLE attachment. The rip away feature was very handy and everyone knew the red pouch was first aid. Very well made pouch and a great design. My Rover backpack has seen heavy use for 4 years now and shows no signs of wear. Condor bags are TOUGH!
Bought this on sale. It's well constructed and easily mounted on my plate carrier. It stores most of the first aid refill kit I found.

The Molle tear away is a great option on this pouch. This pouch is a great size for my trauma ifak contents.
I use this pouch in a public safety campus setting. It’s been useful already and after using a rip-away I won’t be going back to using a static medical pouch.

I was looking for a smaller IFAK than what I currently had, without loosing functionality. This one was perfect for a belt mount tear away. Seems well made with plenty of storage for a more purpose built kit.
This is a great medical pouch! Its quality is as good or better than most competitors that charge a lot more for their product. I own several of these rip-away medical pouches. I have them mounted on my SWAT heavy kit as well as my plate carrier. It has enough space to hold everything you need in a trauma kit. As a professional end user, I highly recommend this pouch.

I love these units. Our department issues each Officer one with their blood type patch and a red cross on it for easy ID and use. The ability for it to be ripped off the Officer and used on them without the other stuff getting in the way is worth it's weight in gold! I do not mind the bulk for its purpose and it fits better on the outer carriers than the larger rip away unit from Condor. These are great to slap on range gear, go bags, and car seats. You can never have too many first aid kits about.
