This pouch is perfect for anything. I have one on my kit for medical, stowed in my trunk for tool, and mounted in the car for an ouch pouch. The ability to mount it via hook and loop makes it the easiest choice for medical, quick deploy and great organization.
I was issued an IFAK after attending training put on by the feds. After using it on duty the first time, I realized the original pouch was too small to carry everything I wanted in the kit, but accessing it was an issue with it attached the my patrol bag via MOLLE. This Rip Away pouch addresses both of those huge concerns. It has more space for lifesaving equipment and the rip away feature allows you to bring the kit to where you need it instead of making the interior of your patrol car look like a yard sale.
I recently bought this pouch hoping it would fit on the molle pattern of all my other bags. But the straps are 3 molles wide and everything else is 2-4 wide, so I made something work. Great pouch and does what I need.

This is a great pouch that can fit a lot of supplies. Internal bungees and zipper section makes it very secure so your gear doesn’t fall out.
I have several of these. For the car, bugout bag, medic bag and range bag. I’ve got them all filled with trauma type essentials. They have lots of securement options on the inside like elastic bands and pockets. I tend to secure a few things but shove the rest in and zip it closed. I easily fit chest seals, ABD pads, TQ, shears and NPA with room to spare. All in all a good product. A bit big to use as an IFAK on a belt (IMPO), but good for carrying essentials in a car or on a larger backpack.
I am building a trauma kit and have a fair amount of gear that's somewhat bulky. I was starting to get nervous as the pouch was filling up very quickly but it was able to close without an issue! I like the compartmentalization of the interior, the various attachment points on the outside, and the amount of gear it can hold. Amazing option for the price

Consider me convinced. I'm hard on bags, not through lack of care, but from working in rangeland management and forestry. This med pack has held up considerably well, and holds a ludicrous amount inside it. When addressing issues that come up on site, I feel more prepared knowing that this bag is hanging in my truck.
Product was made of good quality material and had ample room to fit all my first aid material.

The Rip-away EMT Pouch was a purchase suggested by my mentor, a 25 year experienced preparedness expert. It is a perfect design for use as the IFAK bag to carry 27 medical items and will attach securely on my BOB. I purchased a pouch for each family member. Excellent product!

This thing is big. I like having these in our squad cars as they are full of first aid gear that is set up mostly for daily cuts, scrapes, as well as for the traumatic injuries. The units we have are red for easy ID and use.
