I needed a new bag for my prescribed/wildland fire gear. This bag has room for multiple sets of burn clothes and my boots fit in the side pocket easily. The hideaway shoulder straps are thoughtful, they're nice to have when I need them but stay out of the way when I don't. Definitely feels like a rugged and sturdy bag.
My son asked for this and was very pleased with it. I got hit with a shipping charge and then a customs charge even though I added an extra item to increase my total & avoid shipping fees, so watch out for that.
I purchased this bag roughly a year ago to replace my 5:11 bag that was stolen.
At the time it was just a temporary cheaper alternative till I got another one. I was extremely surprised when I started to use this duffel for my gear.
I store boots, vest, ropes, tools.
Spare clothing, diving weights and flashlights in this thing its bulging at the seems, gets thrown around, stood on, sat on, chewed on by K9, but it keeps going.
This duffle has lasted, went the distance and proven itself to me over the course of this last year.
Dirty and muddy? Hose it off and hang it to dry, its good as new the next day.
I recommend this product to anyone who is looking for a great bag and who needs the bag to keep going under all conditions.
