I am an armed security guard in Arizona and I use my exo 2 vest every day for range and work capability and I got too say I love this vest it’s comfortable and modular so shorts of needs I recommend this vest too anyone needing a fairly inexpensive but quality plate carrier
I bought this as a budged option to use for off duty security jobs. Fits the bill, looks good, and has been durable!
65hrs a week of use has been good it's comfortable at 6ft 280lbs(all fat🤣) the L/XL is an excellent fit the slight gap in between front and back soft armor panels is well protected by soft armor in the cummerbund plenty of realestate throughout the vest kangaroo pocket is ample for general use I would recommend both the retro cummerbund and vas zipper as upgrades when buying the exo 2 with summer uniform shirt not as cooling as the vanquish rs bit better than the armor skin covers I've used and the Balcs cut allows simple plate carrier mobility while improving protection 😀 look like a juggernaut move like a rogue no complaints here almost forgot replace the shoulder pads with shellback tactical pads the vests only flaw is the stock pads seem under the straps on the shoulders and hurts within minutes so 98% good 2% bad BUT easy fix
I really love the features of this carrier. I purchased a S/M I'm 5'9" 209lbs the adjustments are perfect. It fits my 10x12 soft armor & 6x8 soft side armor perfect. My hard plates fit as well & the padding can be removed to add my standard body armor. Very modular & I highly recommend quick release tubes for donning & doffing (velcro is very strong). Happy with this purchase as always Condor makes great gear!
The vest fit perfectly
Love the quality, I will definitely recommend this brand.
I purchased one of these vests a few years ago now. I use it will steel plates and never have any issues with them moving or shifting too much while moving. Overall a good vest for the price.
Condor products prioritize the individual. I am excited how they consistently improve on these products to increase their reliability and effectiveness for the end user.
The Condor EXO carrier is sturdy comfortable and most of all it makes me feel safe knowing I have a good quality vest to keep me secure while on duty.
Work in corrections in Arizona, have used this for 6 years and has kept me safe working in max, recommend it highly
Used this for armed security work and it was comfortable.
I bought this several months ago and have set it up with all the gear pockets that suited my use. I put the liner of a level II vest and some level III plates in it. I was surprised how light it all was when I was even when it is fully packed with rifle and pistol magazines and the rest of my gear.
I would recommend this to anyone trying to set their gear up on a reasonable budget.
I use this vest daily for work and it pairs greatly with my level 3a+ soft armor. Very durable and well made.
Perfect fit right out the box, lightweight, comfortable, easy to move around in and good for a sixteen hour shift
The Zoom EXO Plate Carrier Gen II the perfect plate carrier for those that are building on a budget or want to customize their plate carrier themselves. Workmanship is great. The only down side is there an even number of molle rows on the front where I put my magazine poches, but it is off center because it use three mole rows instead of an even number.
Not a big deal, just a thought for when redesign time comes around.
Perfect fit for XL individuals.
Great item to purchase. Fit well on XL individuals.
Exactly what I ordered
With some carriers going for prices that rival the plates they carry, this product is adjustable and fitted in just the right ways.
I have been wearing this vest for work for about a year now and love it! I searched for a vest that can hold soft armor and plates for a long time before choosing the exo. This vest is like half the price of the nearest competitor and really well made. I put my vest through some serious work on patrol and have no complaints!
Good for big people. Holds 11x14 plates.
I can't wait to get my hands on the EXO Plate Carrier Gen II and I can't wait to add on so many different features I believe this is the most capable and best priced product on the market
This plate carrier does a few things quite well. You’re not going to find a much better deal on the market, for one. If you’re a bigger guy, the L/XL gives coverage that most other carriers won’t. On top of that, the larger size will fit 11x14 plates and offers tons of adjustability and modularity while still being solid quality.
So far good quality. Fast shipping
Great product, great material, and sturdy. I bought the L/XL OD green.
Nice carrier
Great
Great
Fits a slimmer guy such as myself well without being too tight. Fairly comfortable for the hour I tested out wearing it even with full gear. The shoulder strap pads it comes with do their job well. Good price point, solid construction and material. It will last a long time for my use
Does this carrier cover the lower back?
