Got a set of these for a friend’s rhodesian recon chest rig. Fits great and is a good size for general use. Slimness of the pouches helps keep the rig nice and streamlined
This G.P. Pouch is the correct size pouch to carry either my 9mm or 380 and several magazines. Fits neatly into a backpack, because of the slim size. The Pouch has quality zippers, stitching and doesn't feel cheap. I will be purchasing a couple of more soon.
Not too bulky, great construction and highly modular
I love this pouch and how much room there is in it and how much Molle it has on the outside.
I have tried to use this as a add hock chest pouch to assorted hiking bags. It was small and light but did not hold enough for my trips, but if your quick needs are small, compact and flat, i.e. food bars, compass, maps, lighter, small knife or multitool then this is great for that purpose. Finding a proper use for this pouch, it has become the designated weather monitoring pouch for my squad. In it I keep a wind monitor/speed testing tool, a compass, small notepad and pen. On the outside is a small pen light. This is a great size when one compartmentalizes their gear for specific operation and ease of use in a clutter free setup. This is a superior set up to randomly throwing gear into a large bag and having to waste time searching for it. I have tried this pouch on a tact vest but found it too large and took up too much space on my vest. I could see using this pouch on a vest if it were set up for very specific needs. it does not have outward bulk which could be easy to snag in the brush.
It’s a GP pouch. Attaches securely. Has a zipper. Fits anything that fits. I use mine for everything from radios to flash bangs and extra magazines.
I added this to a 'jungle' style battle belt with an h-harness. The pouch size is big enough to cram in compact binoculars and a snack. The external web fields allow you to stack another pouch on top, if that's your thing, or thread in small items like glow sticks or sharpies. While it's still fairly new, the pouch maintains a fairly flat profile and doesn't add any appreciable bulk to the back of my belt. The included straps are a little odd when run with Molle, but don't impede function. On the plus side, since they can be removed and thread through different portions of the Molle on the pouch, you could directly attach it to some standard belts and it would be fairly secure that way as well. As always, price for quality with anything condor I've purchased is pretty high - it's solidly made and the materials have heft.
Using it to old some fix it sticks and a few other small tools attached to my range bag.
