Very breathable and lots of room for adjustments. 6’3” 240lbs and find it comfy and well fitting. The adjustable shoulder straps have plenty of room left and find it more fitting than other vest I’ve ran. Currently used for weight training and run 30lbs of plates and added a hydration pack. Cummerbund is also adjustable to allow for more or less stretch with movement.
Picked up this plate carrier during a sale and it has exceeded my expectations. I've used many different plate carriers over the years and this one has outlasted a few others. The padding on the shoulders is comfortable. You can't really go wrong with this plate carrier. If I had to give it a demerit, the hook and loop is strong. Maybe too strong. Though, that means it's super secure, so I guess that's not really a con.
