I have bought this pouch not for a TQ but to put my search glove that i used on duty. It is the right size.

IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A TOURNIQUET EASY TO GET TO, YOUR DOING IT WRONG. its the most useful medic tool everyone can and should use and have avalible

Allows for much quicker and easier access to my TQ than digging in my IFAK, which is important when one is needed! Also frees up space for other medical supplies in the kit. Good product!

Fits CAT TQ and shears well and MultiCam pattern is perfect for a TQ pouch.
Got one in Balck and another in coyote brown, fits TQ and shears well but sharpie keeps falling when TQ is pulled out. Otherwise perfect.
For having my TQ on the outside of my truck bad being beat around on the daily this pouch never fails!

Fits the CAT TQ very well. Goes onto the MOLLE very easily.
This is one solid unit. It is sewn up pretty tight and it does not look like it will come apart anytime soon. Fits around the tourniquet snugly and will not be any shifting around, but it is easy to get it out when you need it. Quality made piece.
Easy access to a tourniquet is essential. My CAT tourniquet fits perfectly, and stores within reach on my belt. I keep my tourniquet within easy reach, next to my holster, and next to my IFAF pouch. I also carry a second TQ pouch on my chest rip harness.
Works like it should. Make sure you have several c.a.t. Or whatever tq’s your trained in on you
